These are raw pieces of Apache Tears imported from Mexico. Each piece measures between 1/2 inch to 1 inch.

Apache Tears is also known as Smoky Obsidian, Obsidianite or Marekanite. It is a variety of Black Obsidian that crystallized into rounded, pebble shapes.

Among crystal healing enthusiasts, this stone is considered a very gentle grounding stone working very well with the root chakra.
