These are natural, rough Unakite stones sourced from South Africa and sold in bulk. Each piece is unpolished and left in its raw state, making them ideal for tumbling, crafting, lapidary work, and other hands-on projects. Stone sizes range approximately from ½ inch to 2 inches, with natural variation in shape, color, and texture.

What is Unakite?
Unakite is a naturally occurring rock made primarily of green epidote, pink feldspar, and clear quartz. This combination gives Unakite its distinctive mottled green and salmon-pink appearance. It was first identified in the Unaka Mountains of the southeastern United States in the late 1800s, which is where it gets its name. Today, Unakite is found in several parts of the world, including South Africa.

Common Uses:
• Rock tumbling and polishing
• Jewelry making and wire wrapping
• Craft projects and mosaics
• Lapidary and stone cutting
• Educational collections and geology displays

Because these stones are completely natural, expect variations in color balance, surface texture, and shape. Some pieces may have natural pits, fractures, or rough edges—this is normal for raw material and part of what makes each stone unique.
